Salon Policies

THE PURPOSE OF OUR POLICIES ARE TO ENABLE US TO INFORM OUR STANDBY CLIENTS OF ANY AVAILABILITY, AND TO KEEP OUR SCHEDULE FILLED, THUS PROVIDING BETTER SERVICE FOR OUR ESTABLISHMENT AND FUTURE CLIENTS. WE DO REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD UPON BOOKING ANY APPOINTMENT ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE POLICIES ARE:

  • In the event that you need to cancel or change any service appointments, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice.

  • "NO SHOWS" will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service to the card on file.

  • Less than 4 hour notice will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service to the card on file.

  • Please, DO NOT book an additional service time if you are trying to, but cannot change your booking via square. If you are unable to cancel your original appointment, it is because the time frame has expired. Please contact me before making any additional bookings. You can reach out to Shapeshift if you wish to change your appointment.

  • We do our best to make every client happy with the services received. It is important you contact the salon if you are unhappy with your service and would like to address any concerns, no later than 5 days. We do NOT, however, offer a refund.
